Why would I want to choose an agency?�
There is no short answer to this question but if you take the time to read some of the information on this website we are sure the question will be answered.
�Isn�t it more expensive booking entertainment through an agency?�
Not necessarily so. We negotiate the best price for the artistes and fairest price for the client. Because we may book many dates for an artiste over a year, the artiste is glad to be working at our price than not working at all. Many artistes charge more if contacted direct.
�Do you know about the acts you book for us?�
Absolutely yes. We have to know what they are like. We are always out and about looking at artistes performances. most of the time they don�t even know we are there. It is important for our reputation.
�Would you ever use an artiste you haven�t seen?�
There have been rare occasions where we have had to use a less than satisfactory artiste, or one we haven�t checked out. But we always point this out to the client first. This may happen if we cannot find a suitable act in the time allowed. but it is rare.
�What sort of occasions do you supply for?�
We can arrange entertainment for any occasion. See Types of Functions.
�Is there a contract involved with any agreements?

Yes there is. Our contract is simple to understand and laid out very clearly.
�What if I change my mind after booking the artiste?
�
Once a contract is signed and returned you are obliged to continue through with the agreement. However if for some unforseen circumstance you have to cancel a contract there is a cancellation fee that has to be paid. The amount dpends on how close it is to the performance date.
�A friend has recommended a local entertainer that they used for one of their events. What would be your advice?�
Tread carefully. One persons taste is not everyones. If you book them and they let you down, there will be no way to replace the day. Go for the security of a good agency.
